Meet the characters
Lumi
A curious kitten with the tendency to disappear in a burst of liquid-light, reappearing a few feet, or a few hundred miles, away. He’d rather befriend mice than eat them and is fiercely loyal. Though he doesn’t know much about being a stray he’s daring, kind, and always ready for an adventure!
Cheddar
A fast talking, quick thinking stray with a knack for swiping human food and a soft spot for the under-dog, or under-cat. Fierce and friendly he doesn’t easily open up but he’ll risk everything for the friends he sees as family.
The Tiny Human
A young human girl who befriends Lumi, despite their inability to speak to one another.
Animal Control
Sporting a big mustache and a net this human only cares about eating his sandwich in peace and catching teleporting cats. His attempts at capturing strays typically wind up with the uncoordinated human falling into some sort of trash.
Phil
A grumpy, older house-cat from the city who resents living in a small mountain town. He quips with Cheddar and has his own rules for getting by that he calls The Path of the Pet.
Freddy
A mad scientist and the definition of a kind soul Freddy is also the only human who has remembered how to speak to animals. He’s been an inventor, musician, rocket man, and scientist who is always working on the next big experiment.
The Cook
A perfectly pleasant chef, content to mind her own business until a gang of cats comes crashing through her window! I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of that rolling pin!
